7th october 2018:-
7th October 2018 was a family day. We took our host to the Akshardham temple in New Delhi. It is a beautiful example of Indian culture, architecture and heritage. It displays the values of peace, harmony and happiness which were taught by Bhagwan Swaminarayan. There are different kinds of activities like boat ride, movie, water show. All these beautifully depict the Indian heritage with traditional stories. They shed a light on the country’s glorious past and inventions like zero, plastic surgery, gravity, atoms, chemicals. The water show beautifully depicts a traditional story with the use of the modern techniques. The story gives the moral that God is the supreme and thus, we would not get anything by being conceited . We all must remember that God is more powerful than us and our powers are a waste in front of him. The entire temple gives a spiritual experience with traditional paintings, hymns and mythological stories.
