India Gate by Shamit and Simeon

During our Sightseeingtour we stoped at the India Gate. It is a monument which was build for the soldiers who died in the first Worldwar. Their names are engraved on it. The architect Edwin Lutyens builded the India Gate in 1921.

From this monument you can see the Rashtrapati Bhavan. It is the palace from the government. The building is on the same road like the India Gate.
