Energy resource development in India

In the recent years the ways in which energy is consumed and produced in India has really changed and developed. Some years ago energy was consumed just by coal, petroleum, etc. But now India has moved forward to many non conventional ways. Solar panels and solar cells are being used in many villages and cities a like in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Bio mass or bio gas is used a lot in the state of Gujrat and many other states. Most of the ocean and tidal energy is used in the Gulf of Kachch. Hydropower generation is done in Uttarakhand, Maharashtra , etc. And wind energy is promoted and used in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, etc. I am feeling really proud and happy to see that the country is developing and progressing a lot in the field of energy management.
